The meals we provide are based on the USDA food guidelines. A sample menu is below. Because some children are eating as much as 75% of their daily food intake here, we provide healthy, well-balanced meals that are freshly prepared. Most of our meals are made from scratch, and processed foods are very limited in favor of fresh, natural ingredients.
